At PhysioPlus we take your privacy seriously. In short: this website does not collect data about you. We use no analytics, no tracking and no advertising cookies. We only process the information you choose to send us, and only to help you further.

What data do we process?
We only process data that you actively fill in and submit through a form on this website:
- Contact form: your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the reason for contacting us and your message.
- Football camp registration form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, team, position and the chosen programme.
What we do not do
- We do not use analytics or statistics tools (such as Google Analytics).
- We do not track your browsing behaviour or build profiles.
- We do not show advertising and do not use marketing or tracking cookies.
- We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Why do we process this data?
We use the data from a form solely to answer your question, schedule an appointment or process your camp registration. You also receive an automatic confirmation by email.
The legal basis is your own request: you contact us or register, and we need this information to respond (pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How is your data sent?
When you submit a form, your data is not stored in a database on this website. It is sent directly as an email to our practice through an external email service (ZeptoMail by Zoho), which acts only as a processor to deliver the email.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your message or registration no longer than needed to help you or to organise the camp. If you would like us to delete your data sooner, just let us know.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@physioplus.be.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
